Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons silken tofu
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
 - 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
 - 1 small handful cilantro (1/4 cup)
 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Instructions
Add everything to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
