It will also help keep your healthy eating in check. This yogurt parfait is a sweetly satisfying alternative to heavier desserts. With raspberry and blueberry sauces it is sort of like a ice cream sundae, but the yogurt version.
Serves one, 275 calories per portion.
- 6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 granola bar, crumbled
Mix honey into plain yogurt. Layer yogurt, fruit and granola in bowl. Also: try substituting blackberries for raspberries. Garnish with mint leaf.
