- 1 cup freshly cut tomato
- 1 staff of celery
- 1 leaf of kale (any kind of kale will work)
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 leafs red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Combine everything into your blender and blend (depending on your blender, celery made need to go through a juicer).
- Add more water if needed to get things moving around in the blender.
